🏛️ Official LTA PARF Rebate Schedule (Pre-Feb 2026 vs Post-Feb 2026 Cars)
In Budget 2026 (announced 12 February 2026 and effective from the 2nd COE bidding exercise in February 2026), the Land Transport Authority (LTA official release) reduced the Preferential Additional Registration Fee (PARF) rebate schedule by 45 percentage points and lowered the PARF rebate cap from S$60,000 to S$30,000 as electric vehicle adoption rises.
Crucial note for current 2016–2025 car owners: If your car was registered using a COE secured before the 2nd February 2026 bidding exercise, your car is grandfathered under the higher 50%–75% PARF schedule!

No!
